    No matter what, classic recipes always rocks, this classic vanilla pound cake sounds so delicious and mouthwatering. with lots of fresh berries and cream, it would taste marvellous!

    Looks delicious !!! Just wondering why this cream of tartar and do we have any substitute for that?

    1. Rashmi the cream of tartar helps stabilize the egg whites but you can just use a pinch of salt instead.

    There’s nothing better than a homemade vanilla pound cake with some hot tea….it’s like a perfect combination. I love how easy your recipe is and adding those fruit sauce on cake is just perfect.
