I love mangoes. I also grew up where there were mangoes everywhere and we had them in just about everything. This mousse sounds just perfect and I can’t wait to try it.

I lived in Australia for several years, and never tasted mangoes like them since. I miss them! Especially seeing such a yummy way to use them like this!

I loved your stories about mangos as a child. Growing up in the Midwest, I didn’t taste a mango until I was probably in my 20’s! Now I can find mangos in every grocery store, but back then, they just weren’t around. Your mousse sounds so delicious, I might have to make it with my kids to introduce them to something new!

    1. Thank you Jodi, yes I have some really amazing childhood memories when it comes to mangoes. I do hope you try this with the kids. They will love it. I have yet to meet a kid that does not like mangoes.
