    I had no idea there was a way to make the different types of flour. I did not even know pastry flour was a thing. I made a savory pie for Sunday supper using AP flour for the short crust. The short crust was flaky and crisp, personally I think I will stick with AP. Thanks for sharing, I am learning things and being enlightened about things I did not know existed.
