Have you ever wanted to learn how to bake pastry like a pro? Perhaps you want to try but don't know where to start? Let me help you understand the art of pasty in just 20 days.

Have you unsuccessfully tried to bake a pie, tart, choux pastry, or Danish pastry? Do you find baking pastry intimidating? Often, people put off baking pastry because they presume it is difficult. When in fact, it's easier than you think.
In the next 20 days, we will learn about pastry. That's right, just 20 days!
- Ingredients
- We are going to understand our ingredients.
- How to use them.
- When and how to substitute them.
- And how to master them.
The first step in becoming a great baker is to understand your ingredients. The best part about understanding your ingredients is that you are in control - not your ingredients. That's my first secret to baking.
- Recipes
- Then, I will introduce you to different pastries from simple pie crusts to laminated doughs such as puff pastry and Danish. We will also learn how to make cream puffs, profiteroles, and more.

Practice is the only way to learn!!
Now, the best way to learn is for you to read the notes, review the recipe, and watch the video.
But, remember, the success of learning is not just in me sending you the notes and recipes, but rather, in your active participation.
I highly encourage you to read the material, understand it, but most importantly, make the recipes. Consider this a class and make an effort to practice.
