    I want to get the solution for some of the problems which I face in cake decoration.
    1. I live in Australia. Here all the milk products like butter, thickened cream are yellow in colour. It is very difficult to give green colour to butter cream or thickened cream or to make white frosting.
    2. I have seen decorators make very clean, thin and smooth designs or write messages on the cakes but nobody tells that what is this writing material how to make this shinny smooth and silky writing material.
    Please help me.

    1. Hey Sharad,
      1. You can add the tiniest bit of violet to make the yellow buttercream white then color it with whatever color you want.
      2. You can write with almost any frosting. Buttercream, ganache, melted chocolate, etc. You just need to practice.
