  2. I currently do not have any dark chocolate rather than cocoa powder. Could I make this work using cocoa powder?Thank you so much, you are a truly inspiration

    1. Marta. Sorry, this one won’t do well with cocoa powder. It will not set. The chocolate is what helps this fudge set.
      But, I do have this Christmas fudge on my other blog that is made with cocoa powder.

    This is such a clever recipe for chocolate fudge and so unbelievably speedy to make! My kids would love these for a weekend or holiday treat and they would make perfect seasonal gifts for their teachers.
