XX
I have just completed the cake decorating for beginners master class and it was so exciting feeling like you have a personal baking guru with you every step of the way. Veena’s dedication is insurmountable, replying to every comment or concern through out the course because she’s genuinely interested in teaching us. A admirable leader, teacher, mentor and it was fun. Everyday I was provided with new information and then came the fun part, to bake and decorate the cake. I’m a self taught baker, so passionate about food and to create something, always wanting to learn, for me baking the cake isn’t difficult, it was the icing, piping, decorating etc that I want to learn more about. Ive always baked a cake, decorated it and ate it on the same day. Not only were the recipes easy to follow but I’ve learnt that with Veena, there’s always something extra, she takes everything to another level. There was information about every step of the cake, each recipe had information about how to use it, store it, what to do if something went wrong and a video to watch and follow, I like that. I made the Eggless chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and melted chocolate and used crushed oreos and melted chocolate in the layer, decorated with chocolate decorations, red velvet drip and strawberries on top. The picture is in Veena ‘s private Fabebook group. I actually baked two because we couldn’t wait to eat one of them. I would definitely recommend Veenas classes to anyone wanting to learn or take your interests/ passion to another level. I’m very grateful for her tried and tested recipes for FREE, yes that’s right. Usually people sign up because it’s free and don’t bother afterwards but if you’re passionate about learning and baking, then I suggest this for you. Thank you Veena for sharing your passion, information, secrets, recipes, time, dedication with us. I am truly grateful and will definitely be trying more of your Eggless recipes. I can’t wait to do more classes and see what’s next.
