I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to participate in this Masterclass.
Every step of the way, for every topic, there are tips, tutorials, videos and phenomenal recipes. I enjoyed baking before and that’s exactly what I was doing, baking. Now, I’m excited to bake and create and I have you to thank for your amazing instruction, your invaluable tips, your quick and thorough response to questions and your critiquing done with love and so much encouragement. I am now confident to bake a cake from scratch. You removed all fear. I never knew leveling was anything more than having the top of the cake layers facing each other and filling in the gaps with more frosting! Torte? Yes, I had to look that up. Certainly not as easy as it looks but oh what a difference it makes! Filling? You mean you don’t just put the frosting in the middle? Nope, not with Veena! With Veena you have a multitude of amazing filling recipes to choose from and you also provided perfect pairing of filling with cake, all the while encouraging us to be creative! I was blown away by your timeline – I was blown away that there is a timeline. Aren’t cakes baked and frosted in a day? Mine were. Not anymore! You have provided me with great understanding of the importance of planning each step all for the betterment of the final product. Who knew cake has gas!?!! I now know about many different types of buttercream frostings how and when to use them, how to make them, troubleshooting problems and fixing those problems. The importance of crumb coating, how to crumb coat and beautiful sharp edges to produce a bakery-worthy cake. There is nothing left out of this amazing Masterclass and more is provided than I ever knew existed. Thank you with all of my heart for all you have imparted. Thank you for sharing your God-given gifts with us.

I just completed the Masterclass – Cake decorating for beginners. Although I’m a self taught homebaker, I found this masterclass extremely helpful, descriptive yet so simple to follow. Ordinarily I would feel very intimidated to take on a project to bake a cake from start to finish, as my first excuse would be that I don’t have all the tools – among the many other excuses I usually come up with. I can do cupcakes with ease but now I feel so much more confident taking on another bake, because I have all the guidelines, tips, alternatives as well as Veena’s tried &tested recipes.. I’m super happy that I learned how to make a filling as well as those extra tips with frosting. I made lots of mistakes in my bake but I know that the more I practice, the more easier it will get. I highly recommend this Masterclass to anyone who enjoys baking or for those pursuing a business opportunity. P.S. Veena is very proactive in that she answers all your questions and comments on your posts. I value and appreciate her commitment to see us through the masterclass journey??????
