  1. Thank you so much for sharing. I am curious about the flavor. Is it something that has pleasant taste at all or it would be mostly for decoration purposes?

    1. Hey May, its edible but mostly for decoration purposes. I don’t’ see myself eating it. There is not sugar so it’s not sweet either.

    Hi Veena
Have u heard or know abt rice paste receipe

  3. Once the flowers are made as I keep them? How long do they last? I know that the dough can freeze but the flowers with how long in advance should I make them to put them in the cake? Thank you

    1. Hey Ana, Some say you can keep them really long but in my hot and humid weather here they had started to mold in about a month. Also, they were not as soft as when I made them because the heat tends to dry them out. You can put them on the in advance and that does not affect the cake. They do not melt or anything like that.

Thank you for your information. You answered every question that I had. I appreciate your thoughts on how much work goes into making it and the information about humidity issues. I live in Texas and the humidity is pretty high most of the time.
    Thank you.

I have seen a few different recipes and this is one of them. I had already purchase everything I need to make but I am just too lazy. The latest thing now is rice paste. I am curious but not sure if I will bother with it.

    1. I know what you mean, Pavao. I keep seeing these new methods coming in all the time but sometimes it’s best to wait and see what others have to say.
