    I’ve made this recipe multiple times, never any issues, and works great every single time! This is our “go to” recipe for both burger and hot dog/brat buns.

    After trying other recipes, This one is by far the best.
    I don’t think it comes down to ingredients so as much as technique and tips.
    Watching the video was helpful to see what the dough should actually look like at each stage….and the tea towel covering tip, right at the end gave me beautiful, soft, moist, chewy burger buns.
    I’m on my second batch now.
    I wanted 6~7 inch Buns, so divided the dough ball into 8 pieces for 8 buns. PERFECT.
    They stood up tall right after I put them in the oven. (was a bit worried they were going to be flat).
    Stop by my Burger Store the next time you visit Koh Kong in Cambodia. Best Burger Buns in South East Asia 🙂
