- 2 tsp Nutmeg powder

- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder (optional)

- 1 stick Cinnamon Stick 5 inch long
- 10 pieces Cloves
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg fresh grated
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 5 Allspices (whole)
- 10 corns Peppercorns
- 5 Green cardamoms
