    I love homemade jam!!! But the whole pectin process always has me steering clear. Love that this doesn’t use it. And love your mom’s trick of using the plate to test doneness….so helpful!!

  3. I have never made or even had blueberry jam, I like that your jam calls for less sugar than most jams. What a great way to preserve blueberries, my most favorite berry ever. I bet this would be so good served with a block of cream cheese and crackers.

    I am always looking for ways to use less sugar. Jam is always one of those must haves that are crazy loaded with sugar. I believe I’ll be making my own with this recipe from now on!

    One of my favorite things about the spring and summer months is the abundance of fresh fruits! I love making homemade jam and using it not only in sweet but savory dishes. I love that you added no additional pectin! Just simple ingredients which is always best!
