- 1 large (750 g) Butternut squash skin on
- 2 med Red Spanish onion skin on – cut in halves
- 1 med Garlic bulb skin on ends cut
- ½ tsp Salt or more to taste
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cups (1 ltr) Broth chicken or vegetable
- ½ cup (120 ml) Single cream or cooking cream 10%
