    Does it change anything if you leave the skin on the potatoes?

    1. It’s a personal choice, Karen. The skin does taste nice and gets a nice crisp too.

    My favorite way to make potatoes is baked crispy in the oven like this. Much less oil but don’t sacrifice flavor.
