    Had some leftover marzipan, these were lovely, well done Veena

  2. The notes talk about crescents and is at odds with the remainder of the recipe.
    Can you confirm that the first part regarding “Chilling the dough” is correct but the last part regarding “Shaping the Crescents” is redundant past the shaping into balls?

    1. Nikki, you don’t need to chill this dough. You can make the balls immediately and bake them. Thanks

    I am a huge fan of Marzipan – my Husband not so.
    Could I substitute the Almond flour with All-Purpose or Cake Flour?

    1. Ah I have not tried that but yes, you can do it. I would suggest reducing the amount of flour by 1/2 cup and ensuring it is not too dry.
