    Made a half batch with stir fry sliced lamb (so it simmered for only 30 minutes and was perfect) and it’s a 10/10. Didn’t have fenugreek leaves but did everything else (only used 1/2 t cayenne flakes as we don’t like much heat) but other than that followed the recipe. Thanks for sharing your authentic family recipe. Absolute knock out!

    I made this last night following your recipe almost exactly. It was outstanding as have been all of your recipes for lamb. The only changes I made were to toss in some curry leaves and finish it in a slow oven for two hours. I’m taking some leftovers to a neighbor because I want to “show off.” Thank you!
