    Ufff!!!! se me olvidó. El problema no es dentro de casa, porque hay aire acondicionado( horroroso!!!; moqueo dia y noche), es en el transporte. De la puerta de casa al coche, llego empapada de agua. desde el coche al Mall igual y son segundos, en la noche baja un poco la temperatura, pero sube la humedad , las ventanas lloran. Por favor , truco para la humedad. muchísimas gracias

    Muchísimas gracias , en especial por este post, soy española pero vivo en Jeddah (Arabia Saudita), aquí no venden nada de nada de reposteria , asi es que, cuando vaya a España compraré los ingredientes que no hay aquí y podré realizar mis tartas y disfrutar a lo grande con mi Hobby. Aquí la humedad , es el principal problema. Hoy estamos a 48º C y 95% de humedad. Si tienes algún truco para la humedad , seria de gran ayuda. Muchisimas gracias por tu generosidad al compartir tus conocimientos. Que Dios te vendiga

    hi Veena I am about to try the recipe…i fell in love with it the moment you said it can be rolled out thin….and is best to use in hot and humid weather……which what it is right now in delhi.

    Thank you so much I live on cape cod and being surrounded by water and high temps I have had amazing cakes crack and vien over night because the temp changed so much in one day 98 in the day to 43 at night thank you so much I can't wait to try this tonight
