    Hello veena I would like to make the book cake but not sure what size cake pans you use and also how deep they are thank you ?

    1. Valerie, you can use two sheet cake recipes to bake the cake. You can bake these recipes in sheet cake pans or smaller rectangular pans. The size of the pan will give you a tall or short book cake. I hope that made sense. Here are two sheet pan cakes – vanilla sheet cake or chocolate sheet cake.
