  6. Hi Veena! I just want to know the ratio of flour to butter when making the puff pastry. I followed the recipe you provided and I just thought there was too much butter. It’s too thick resulting in the butter to escape even if it’s sealed properly. Please enlighten me. Thanks!

    1. Albert, yes, puff pastry has a high butter content. Generally, the standard is if you have 500 grams of flour you would need 500 grams of the butter block. In this recipe, I have used less than 500 grams so its easier to work.
