I like to make special recipes with my granddaughters. One of them asked me recently if she can make cinnamon rolls with me. Since I use low sugar and don’t bake with white flours at home, this can be a challenge for me. However, I did notice you mentioned honey as an option. Any recommendations on a flour to use that isn’t enriched?
Your Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls look so good and I would love to make these with my granddaughter. And I checked out your Rugelach Chocolate and your other cinnamon rolls and want one of each!

    1. Angie. You can use honey in the dough but you must use sugar for the filling. Alternatively, you can make the chocolate spread with less sugar and more chocolate.

That sweet bitterness in chocolate takes cinnamon rolls to a whole new level! What a fantastic spin to bring to parties and to serve for dinner.

Oh wow! I love the contrast in the swirls with the addition of the cocoa powder. I bet they would be a huge hit with my kids too.
