    Hi, the recipe looks great and I I can’t wait to try it, but how much star anise is used, please?

  2. Word to the wise – I used an extremely high protein yogurt and it broke, making this dish super acidic. I finessed it and we still enjoyed it.
    But I think it would be fine with a lower protein version!

    1. Jessica, lower protein yogurt tends to curdle too. Best is to contain the high heat.
