    I agree with you, Veena, stir-fry was made for a busy mom or dad. Get your protein and your veggies together, stir them up, add some seasonings and you have a great meal. Put it on top of rice, quinoa, pasta, or anything you can think of and you have a satisfactory meal. Your sound great. I like the combination. Will have to give it a try.

    That sounds like a quick and easy to make stir fry. Sauce sounds really yummy. I love using frozen veggies, they are so convenient to make quick meals.

  5. I love a quick stir fry as well! So easy and delicious. I’m with you on shrimp…I don’t have access to fresh anywhere really near me, so I buy frozen. And I always have a bag in the freezer

    This is a great easy meal any night of the week. We love shrimps and prawns. So easy to work with, and the frozen kids work well. This recipe is healthy and full of flavour….and I know my family would love it.
