This is such a beautiful cake and sounds so good. I’ve never had mango cake but I bet it tastes great. Thanks for sharing about the vegetarian gelatin!

I made the recipe but my glaze seems to be drippy on the sides.. showing off inside of the cake..

    1. Well it’s a glaze – it’s transparent!! If you put it directly on the cake it will show..You need to cover the cake some frosting first. Chocolate Ganache or Buttercream.. Then freeze it so it will set on the cold cake.

    Hi
Can you give me some eggless cake, muffin recipe. I like your blueberry cheese cake recipe but I want egg substitute.

    Thank you

    1. I plan to make some eggless recipes and I will make some eggless cheesecake too! This one has to have eggs – not sure how an egg substitute would work or taste.

Is there anything you could use in place of the condensed milk to make this nondairy?

    1. Not in this particular recipe but there are other glaze recipes that are non dairy. I think best to see on Google for options. Not tried this one without condensed milk. Seems like an important ingredient. it’s what give it that mirror effect when mixed with the agar agar.

Hi thanks for the receipe. Can we store this glaze for a month or so . How to preserve it .
Can color be added afterwards . I intend to make a batch and then use small quantities
with different colors later on . Thanks .

    1. Well you can keep it in the fridge.. I think may be two weeks.. It has condensed milk so… not sure you can keep it longer.
