    It’s a shame to pass up all of that seasonal fruit because you don’t know what to do with it. Too much to eat and it would spoil. Now, making jam is a good solution. You give such great advice. Homemade jam is so good all year long. I’ll be following this recipe.

    I love making homemade jams. I love that I don’t have to pull out all my canning equipment or worry about having pectin on hand to make this recipe.

    I learned a lot from your post Veena! I’ve always wanted to make jam but using pectin and dealing with the whole canning process always stopped me. This option is great. I still most likely won’t can them, which is OK right? It just won’t last as long?
