  1. Hi Veena….this is definitely a nice sauce. I hope you won’t mind me suggesting that you consider revising the wording of your 3rd bullet pointed ‘Note’ at the end of the recipe. It currently says …”Once your tomato sauce has simmered to perfection, reduce the heat and slowly pour in the heavy cream”…. however in the recipe instructions there is actually no simmering of a tomato sauce ; tomato paste (instruction step 3) is simply added to the already made cream sauce from instruction step 2. If I can also be forgiven
    for making one more suggestion on wording…. your description at the start of the recipe mentions “Feel free to customize the sauce by adding herbs like oregano or thyme, or incorporating some sautéed garlic and onions” however your recipe actually includes all these extras. Regards…John
