  1. Hello there, you say cook for 45 minutes, if using a stovetop pressure cooker. Only 25 minutes for an IP.
    Usually, a stovetop pressure cooker is quicker. Why 45 mins or was this a mistake??

    1. Hey Nick, Mine does take about 40 minutes (about 5 to 6 whistles) but, if you have cooked lamb for less longer then go ahead and use the time you have as a guide for your pressure cooker.

      1. Thanks for replying. I was interested to know why you recommended 45 mins for a stovetop pressure cooker and only 25 minutes for an Instant Pot( which usually take longer in other recipes) However, keep-up the good work and I will give it a try.

  2. I am just a bit confused about whether the Garam Masala takes the place of the whole spices? I read your stovetop version also. I’m eager to make this. It sounds so good. Please let me know. Thank you.

    1. No we add both the whole spices and the garam masala. But, if you don’t have the whole spices you can omit it too. The whole spices for adding flavor. The curry will still be tasty without them. Watch the video please. Thanks
