Recipes for Purim
The festival of Purim is the Jewish carnival.
It is the story of an Orphan boy Haman raised by his uncle and a Jewish lady Esther and her victory over his plot to destroy the Jewish people.
The famous Purim cookies are called אוזני המן, oznei Haman or Hamantaschen. These are triangular shaped cookies filled with sweet fillings represent the three corners of his hat.
You can fill the Hamantaschen or Purim cookie with many different fillings from traditional Poppyseeds, dates, and prunes to modern-day Jam, chocolate, Nutella, Dulce De Leche etc.
