1largeRipe bananaPeel and slice it into chunks
1cup(240ml)Milk or Yogurt(you can use dairy or a non-dairy alternative)
1 - 2tbspHoney or sugar (optional(optional depending on sweetness preference)
If fresh strawberries are used, hull and slice them. If using frozen strawberries, no need to slice.

In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, milk, honey or sugar (if using), protein powder, and vanilla extract. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
