Dry ingredients - In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk well and set aside.
375 g All-purpose flour, 2 tsp Baking powder, ½ tsp Baking soda, ½ tsp Salt
Wet ingredients - In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add the vanilla and scrape the bowl well.
