½cup(60g)Shredded white cheese (such as mozzarella or Gruyère)
¼cup(25g)Grated Parmesan cheese
1cup(150g)Frozen spinachthawed and drained well
½tspGarlic powderor 1 small minced fresh garlic (optional)
¼tspSalt (adjust to taste)
¼tspBlack pepper
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded white cheese, Parmesan, and garlic (if using). Stir in the well-drained spinach, salt, and pepper until smooth and evenly combined.

Roll and Slice: Starting from the edge opposite the border, roll the puff pastry tightly into a spiral. Seal the roll by pressing the edge against the border. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
Arrange & Bake: Place the spirals on the prepared baking tray, leaving some space between them. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Serve: Allow the spirals to cool slightly before serving. They’re delicious warm and make perfect appetizers or snacks!
