This virgin pina colada is a beautiful twist and variation on the classic with the addition of chia seeds, minus the alcohol. A simple, easy, and refreshing combination of tropical flavors from the crushed pineapple, coconut cream, and honey.
Ingredients
1cup(160g)Pineapple (chopped) 1 cup pineapple juice
In a blender, add the chopped pineapples, lemon juice, sugar, and coconut milk. Top with crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Note - I like my drinks cold but without ice, so I omitted the ice in the video
Pour into individual smoothie glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a straw.
