115g(½cup)Cream cheese38 - 40% room temperature
4 tbsp(⅓cup)Powdered sugarsifted (adjust to taste)
Blend the strawberries until smooth to make a fine puree. If the puree looks watery, simmer it for a few minutes to thicken, then cool completely.
120 ml Strawberry puree
Cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth, creamy, and lump-free. Add the heavy cream and vanilla, and beat until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and smooth.
115 g Cream cheese, 4 tbsp Powdered sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 120 ml Heavy cream
Mix in the strawberry puree until evenly combined and beautifully pink.
Transfer the mousse to a piping bag and pipe into two serving cups or glasses (about 6–8 oz each).
Chill for at least 30 minutes to allow the mousse to set.
Top with fresh or chocolate-covered strawberries just before serving.
