1tspChili oil
¼tspSalt
½tspBlack pepper powder
1medRed chilisliced
1medGreen chilisliced
1Shallotsliced
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Slice the Salmon: Use a sharp knife to slice the salmon fillet thinly. Make sure the slices are even and uniform.
