1tspWorcestershire sauce
¼tspGarlic powder

4largeHamburger buns
1largeGrilled onionssliced

Instructions
Prep - Prepare the mushrooms by wiping them dry with a paper towel. Remove the stem and gills.
4 large Portobello mushrooms
Marinade - In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and brush each mushroom with the marinade on both sides.
2 tbsp Olive oil , 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce , ¼ tsp Garlic powder, ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Black pepper powder, ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Grill - Heat the grill on medium-high heat. Place the marinated mushrooms gill-side up on the grill and let them cook for about 5-7 minutes before flipping and cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes on the other side.
Stack - Place the mushrooms on toasted buns and serve with desired fixings. I topped mine with burger sauce, butter lettuce, grilled onions, and tomato slices.
