90ml(⅓cups)Pineapple juice
60ml(¼cups)Coconut milk
1tspLemon juiceor lime juice
1cupIce cubescrushed
1tspSugaror honey (optional if you want it sweeter)
Add to blender: Rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice. Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy. Add more ice for a thicker frozen pina colada or a splash of pineapple juice for a thinner consistency. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup if needed. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry, and enjoy your tropical escape.
