Prepare the Chicken: Slice breasts in half lengthwise. Pound to even thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
1 kg Chicken breast, ½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black pepper powder
Make the Batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, eggs, yogurt, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2 large Eggs, ½ cup Yogurt, ¼ cup All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Dijon Mustard, ½ tsp Garlic powder, ½ tsp Onion powder , ½ tsp Paprika , ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Pepper
Prepare the Coating: Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a shallow bowl. Season lightly.
300 g Dry breadcrumbs, 100 g Parmesan, ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Pepper
Bread the Chicken: Dip each piece in batter, let the excess drip off, then coat it fully in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
Pan-Fry: Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
