This refreshing mango drink is made with mangoes, yogurt, sweeteners, and a sprinkle of cardamom powder. We call it mango lassi in India and is often made with homemade yogurt.
Add the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and ground cardamom to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
2 cups Mango , 2 cups Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp Sugar or honey, 1 cup Ice cubes, 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder, ½ cup Whole milk
If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again until smooth and frothy. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and serve chilled. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or a mango slice if desired.
Pour into desired glasses. Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves.
