Ingredients
Detox Green Smoothie
- 1 cup (30 g) Spinach
- ½ Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 med Green apple cored and sliced
- ¼ med Avocado
- 2 inch Fresh Ginger
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup (240 ml) Coconut water
- Ice cubes as needed
Spinach Banana Blueberry Smoothie
- 1 cup (30 g) Spinach
- 1 med Banana ripe
- 1 small Apple cored and chopped
- ½ cup (75 g) Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup (240 ml) Coconut milk
Spinach Apple Cucumber Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup (30 g) Spinach
- 1 small Apple cored and chopped
- ½ med cucumber peeled and chopped
- 1 scoop Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 cup (240 ml) Coconut milk
Tropical Green Smoothie
- 1 cup (30 g) Spinach
- ½ cup (120 g) Pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup (50 g) Mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ med Banana
- 1 cup (240 ml) Coconut water or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Lemon or lime
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the consistency with more liquid if needed.
- Serve immediately for a tropical twist to your green smoothie routine!
