Pound the Chicken - Slice each breast in half horizontally and pound to an even ½-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.

Bread the Chicken - In one bowl: flour, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley.In another: Panko + Parmesan + garlic powder + onion powder + herbs. Dip each chicken piece in the egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs. Press to adhere.
