Ingredients
16oz(450g)Dark chocolate(I use 60% Callebaut Cocoa)
Melt - Add the chocolate and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy (about 2 minutes total).
16 oz Dark chocolate, ½ cup Unsalted butter
Mix - Stir in the condensed milk until thick and shiny. Add vanilla and salt, mix well.
14 oz Can of Condensed milk , 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tsp Sea salt
Chill - Cover and let rest 1 hour in the fridge or 2 hours at room temp, until firm enough to scoop. If it becomes too stiff, let it soften for 5–10 minutes.
Roll - Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll quickly between your palms to form smooth balls.
Coat - Roll each ball in cocoa powder, nuts, sprinkles, or your favorite toppings.
½ cup Chocolate sprinkles, ½ cup Cocoa powder, ½ cups Chopped nuts
Set & Store - Chill for 20–30 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
