Prepare the Butternut Squash: Peel the butternut squash using a vegetable peeler. Cut off both ends of the squash. Slice the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the squash into fry-shaped sticks, trying to keep them as uniform as possible for even cooking.
