½cupPlain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt works too)
½cupWhole milk or dairy - almond milk, soy milk, etc.)
1-2tbspHoney or maple syrup optional for added sweetness)

Instructions
Combine the mixed berries, yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
