7oz(200g)White chocolate palettes or bars or chips
Melt the Chocolate - Place the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt it gently over a double boiler or in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.

Incorporate Butter and Cream - Once the chocolate is fully melted, stir in the unsalted butter until completely combined. Gradually add the heavy cream, stirring continuously to create a smooth and glossy mixture.

Chill the Mixture - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours or until firm enough to scoop and shape.
Shape into Truffles - Scoop portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into balls between your palms using a small spoon or melon baller.
Coat the Truffles - Roll each truffle in powdered sugar until evenly coated. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray.
