1cupFull-fat Greek yogurt
1smallCucumbergrated and squeezed dry
2smallGarlic clovesminced or grated
1 to 2tbspOlive oil
1tbspLemon juice or white wine vinegar
½tspSalt
¼tspBlack pepper
1tbspfresh dillchopped (optional)
Instructions
Grate the cucumber using the large holes of a box grater. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

Combine - In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper. Add the squeezed cucumber and stir until well combined.
1 cup Full-fat Greek yogurt, 2 small Garlic cloves, 1 to 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Lemon juice or white wine vinegar, ½ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Black pepper
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve chilled.
