Instructions
Prepare the Kale: Wash the kale thoroughly, remove the tough stems, and roughly chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté the Onion and Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
