Ingredients
1lb(500g)Broccoli cut into florets
1tbspOlive oil
2largeGarlic clovessliced
1inchGinger sliced
1tbspSoy sauce
½tspKosher salt
½tspPepper
1tbspLemon juice
Instructions
Add olive oil, garlic, and ginger to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook these for a minute, then add the broccoli florets. Add two tablespoons of water, cover the skillet, and cook on low for 3 to 4 minutes.

Open the skillet, drizzle the soy sauce, and sprinkle some salt and black pepper.

Check to ensure the stalks (stems) are tender. If not, cook uncovered for another 2 minutes.
Drizzle with lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding a pinch of salt and black pepper if necessary.
