Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F / 200°C Gas Mark 5 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prep - Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes under running water to remove any dirt. Peel if desired, then cut into cubes or wedges.
Season - Toss the sweet potato cubes, sliced red onions, garlic powder with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated in a large bowl.
2 large Purple sweet potatoes, 1 med Red onion, 1 tsp Garlic powder, ½ tsp Salt , 1 tsp Black pepper powder, 2 tbsp Olive oil
Baking Tray - Spread the sweet potatoes and onions in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
