Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or Gas mark 7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare Carrots: Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.

Season Carrots: In a large bowl, toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
