1tspBasildried
½tspThymedried
½tspRosemarydried
¼tspRed pepper flakes optional
Zest of one lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the feta cheese cubes or slices in a clean, sterilized jar or airtight container.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
½ cup Olive oil, 2-3 large Garlic cloves, 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Basil, ½ tsp Thyme, ½ tsp Rosemary, ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes , Zest of one lemon, Salt and pepper to taste
