Instructions
Prep the Chicken - Slice chicken breasts horizontally into thinner fillets. Pat dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat in flour and shake off the excess.
900 g Chicken Thighs or chicken breasts, 1 tsp Salt, ½ tsp Black pepper powder, ½ cup All-purpose flour
Sear the Chicken - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden and cooked about 80% through. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce - In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, water, and honey.

Simmer Chicken in Sauce - Pour the sauce into the same pan. Let it come to a gentle simmer. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the pieces. Cover and cook on low for another 5–6 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Garnish & Serve - Remove from heat. Garnish with parsley and scallions. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
